Verdin Clock At Whirlwind Golf Club

Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass wanted to purchase a clock that our members and guests can be proud of. This clock will be a focal point for group events, as Whirlwind hosts nearly 24,000 tournament/charity golf rounds a year. We are hoping this clock will be a photo opportunity for years to come offering breathtaking views of the desert landscape and of South Mountain in the background.

The clock was placed in a special island by the practice putting green so that every guest must pass by, whether on the way to the driving range, or on the way to the first tee on Devil’s Claw or Cattail.

Last week country music star Toby Keith was the first to take a picture in front of the clock. We hope to make a photo album of celebrity and guests in front of the clock!
