Team Troon On Tour: Noren with T44 at Shriners in Vegas

PGA TOUR/Shriners Children’s Open

The PGA TOUR was in the City of Entertainment last week for the Shiners Children’s Open. We had three Team Troon members in the field. Low Team Troon member was Alex Noren who finished shot four rounds in the 60’s to finish 11 under in T44. Noren’s scoring total was below:

• T44 Alex Noren: 68-69-68-68 = 273 / -11

Every time the tour rolls through Las Vegas, we can’t help but “flash back” to a great Team Troon activation executed at Rio Secco Golf Club where Team Troon members hit shots from on 16^th hole for a $1M Hole in one contest….from a floating tee box! Alfred Dunhill Links Championship

The week prior, Alex Noren was one shot shy of a win in Scotland at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. The event that was played on the Old Course at St. Andrews would fit Noren’s game well as he would finish -14 under, one shot shy of winner Ryan Fox. Team Troon member Matt Fitzpatrick would play soundly and finish at -7 under. One shot ahead of his brother in Alex Fitzpatrick, making for a fun, family affair.

• 2^nd Alex Noren: 67-69-69-69= 274/-14
• T22 Matt Fitzpatrick: 71-71-69-70 = 281/-7

LPGA Tour

While Yealimi Noh would have a shortened week this most recent week, the week prior, she finished T20 at the Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America LPGA Tour Event. Solid playing Yealimi!

• T20 Yealimi Noh: 73-70-70-66 = 279 / -5

PGA Champions Tour

Colin Montgomerie and his all Troon bag was in the field for the Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS event in Jacksonville, FL. Colin would play soundly and finish T25.

• T25 Colin Montgomerie: 73-71-69 = 213

Team Troon member Colin Montgomerie and his all Troon bag will be in the field this week for the SAS Championship. Go Low Colin!

LPGA Tour

The LPGA Tour makes its way to the far East for the BMW LADIES CHAMPIONSHIP and Yealimi Noh will be in the field looking to build off of her recent momentum. Go Low Yealimi!
