PGA TOUR – Zurich Classic of New Orleans

The PGA TOUR was in New Orleans this past week with a full field team event that boasts a truly unique format for the players: two person teams play best-ball on Thursday and Saturday and alternate shot on Friday and Sunday. The low Team Troon team included Bubba Watson playing with Harold Varner III. Team Bubba/Harold shot a four round total of -23 to finish T4, six shy of eventual champions in Team Xander Schauffele/Patrick Cantlay. Congrats Bubba and Harold!

PGA TOUR Champions – Houston, Texas

After a few weeks off the PGA Champions Tour was in the Dallas area for their next event on the schedule with Colin Montgomerie and his all Troon bag in the field. He would start of well with two great rounds in the 60’s for round 1 and 2. He ultimately would finish -3 for the tournament and T2`.

PGA CHAMPIONS TOUR – Insperity Invitational

The Champions Tour stays in the Lone Star state with the Insperity Invitational this weekend at The Woodlands in the Houston area of Texas. Team Troon member Colin Montgomerie and his all Troon bag will be in the field, strolling the fairways and looking to build upon his strong finish last week and a T20 finish he had at the Insperity his prior appearance there.
