Troon Supports Els For Autism

Troon is proud to support World Autism Month in April by partnering with Els for Autism Foundation®, a non-profit organization founded in 2009 by World of Golf Hall of Famer and four-time major champion Ernie Els, his wife Liezl, and board chairman Marvin Shanken. Their vision is to influence autism acceptance worldwide by delivering and facilitating programs, education, and support for individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Troon facilities across the globe will be participating in an initiative to raise money for Els for Autism® through an online call for donations as well as various affiliate events such as golf tournaments, 5K walks/runs, silent auctions, and special events. Autism affects 1 in 44 individuals in the United States, so through this partnership, Troon is helping Els for Autism to better understand the aspirations of people with autism spectrum disorder and help them to fulfill their potential to lead positive, productive, and rewarding lives.
