WOODLAND HILLS COUNTRY CLUB WELCOMES NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF AND F & B MANAGER, UNVEILS NEWLY REMODELED DINING ROOMS AND BAR

Woodland Hills, Calif. (August 12, 2021) – Woodland Hills Country Club in Woodland Hills, Calif. has recently made major improvements to its food and beverage operations, adding a new food and beverage manager, a new executive chef, while also unveiling newly remodeled dining rooms and a main bar. In addition, new and reimagined menu items also debuted this month.

Woodland Hills welcomed new Food and Beverage Manager Laura Meyer to the team in May, while new Executive Chef Adrian Hoschet started on June 1st. Meyer has 18-plus years of hospitality industry experience, having served the last eight years in management at restaurants such as Pedalers Fork, Fleming’s Steakhouse and The Water Grill/King’s Seafood Company.

Executive Chef Adrian Hoschet joined Woodland Hills Country Club after a six-year stint at the University of Southern California where he oversaw all of the university’s culinary operations. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, Chef Hoschet has an extensive culinary background that began when he was a teenager. His culinary career includes stops at Chez Fonfon in Marseille, France; Sofitel Luxury Hotels & Resorts in Beverly Hills; Luxe Hotel Beverly Hills; Willow Creek in Las Vegas, Capistrano’s restaurant in Oxnard; and Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach. He also served as a private chef to Minister Teodore Nguema Obiang of Equatorial Guinea.

From casual to elegant, Woodland Hills offers members multiple dining options. Chef Hoschet and his culinary team will soon be debuting a new menu with a California flair, offering a wide variety of salads, sandwiches and entrees made with sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms and distributors. In addition, the club will soon unveil a reimagined halfway house for golfers to enjoy an expanded menu of items including paninis and next-level hot dogs.

The Woodland Hills’ Oak Room was recently remodeled with new carpet, furniture, ceiling, lighting, window treatments and televisions. The 1,700 square-foot dining room features stunning views the golf course and Santa Monica Mountains and is ideal for small to medium sized events. In addition, the club’s Sunset Room was also remodeled with new carpet, furniture, ceiling, lighting, and window treatments. The 1,000 square foot dining room has views of the club’s garden area, the golf course and the Santa Monica Mountains. The main bar also received a facelift, receiving a new granite bar top, new carpet, paint and furniture.
