Scottsdale, Arizona – To satisfy the lifestyle preferences of prospective residents of Colonial Country Club, Pulte Homes Inc. has contracted Troon Golf,® the recognized world leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing, to oversee all club operations and provide impeccable resort-style service in this new golf community under development in Fort Myers, Fla.
Troon Golf will work with Pulte Homes in overseeing the construction phase of the golf course, scheduled to open in the summer of 2003, and then manage the club facilities and amenities in accordance with the Colonial Country Club’s Master Association.
“Our pre-development customer surveys indicated a preference for a socially oriented club, focused on pleasing aesthetics and a relaxing lifestyle with sophisticated service and amenities provided,” stated Pulte Homes Director of Land Development Steve Kempton. “The philosophy and style of Troon Golf fits perfectly with what we foresee for Colonial Country Club.”
Gordon G.
