TROON GOLF TO HOST ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Scottsdale, Ariz. – When Troon Golf® held its first leadership conference over a decade ago, it hosted just 25 golf professionals from courses located in three different countries. With more than 150 courses representing 23 countries in its current portfolio, the company will hold the 2011 Troon Golf Leadership Conference with more than 225 industry professionals in attendance.
Beginning January 17-20, 2011 at the new Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., the conference will allow Troon Golf corporate executives, managers, agronomists and associates from around the world to develop their professional skills and improve results through alignment and accountability. Attendees will hear from industry leading experts in course management, agronomy, professional development and human resources. Those who attend will also receive the latest company knowledge and resources that ensure the exceptional customer experience found at Troon Golf-managed facilities.

Awards will also be presented to recognize top-performing facilities, as well as individual associates who excelled in their field in 2010. Educational breakout sessions will be held to address topics related to daily-fee courses and private clubs, as well as international and Caribbean facilities. Keynote speakers include Tanner Corbridge, area vice president, Partners In Leadership, Inc., and Clyde Birch, consultant, FranklinCovey.
