Under the leadership of Rich Carter, Whirlwind has continued to produce one of the most consistent, quality operations within Troon Golf. The Whirlwind team excelled in all aspects of golf and club operations to be named “Facility of the Year.”

Scott was one of the original pioneers for Troon Golf and has a true passion for operating with excellence. He is an outstanding motivator of, and leader of his team. This past year, Scott led the company in employee satisfaction.
