Scottsdale, AZ – Troon Golf, the world leader in upscale golf course management, development, and marketing, has entered into an agreement with Scottsdale development group, Monarch Communities, LLC, owner of The Rocks, an ultra-luxury private residence club to be constructed adjacent to Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale.
Rocks owner/members and their guests will be pampered by an expanded, exclusive version of the TROON GOLF EXPERIENCE, having the added benefits of the newly created “Troon-Rocks Membership”. The membership provides access to the golf courses in the Troon Golf portfolio located in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, as well as around the world.

Monarch has also teamed with Mosaic Development of San Francisco for development consulting, marketing and sales of The Rocks. Mosaic previously developed and sold the nation’s most successful residence club completed to date, The Austria Haus Club and Hotel in Vail, Colorado.
