TROON GOLF COURSES TO PARTICIPATE IN BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH IN OCTOBER

Scottsdale, Arizona – A total of twenty-two Troon Golf® courses are supporting efforts to raise money during Breast Cancer Awareness Month by offering a $25 green fee to women who play with a paying guest. The entire green fee will be donated to Banner Health Foundation’s breast cancer awareness and education programs. Women will also receive a Troon GOLF FORE LIFE pink ribbon bag tag with their round and be entered to win a Weekend Getaway in Tucson at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.

“We are grateful for the support of our golf courses to recognize women golfers and a cause that affects so many,” stated Troon Golf Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dana Garmany. “Hopefully our efforts can spread awareness about breast cancer and provide the resources to enhance treatments and medical procedures to lead to a cure.”

Tee times are based on availability and can be booked five days in advance. Every promotional green fee purchased will enter each woman into a grand prize drawing for a two-night resort stay at The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona.
