TROON GOLF ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS WITHIN FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIVISION
SCOTTSDALE, AZ -Troon Golf®, the world leader in luxury golf development, management, and marketing is pleased to announce recent promotions within the Food and Beverage Division. The celebrated Troon Golf Experience reflects the commitment of a host of accomplished professionals in every operations area with dedicated service to discerning golfers and gourmands alike.
Gregory Jolliff of Troon North Golf Club, Scottsdale, AZ, has been named Western Regional Chef, and Gerard Brunett of Haig Point, Daufuskie Island, SC, Eastern Regional Chef. Both associates will assist with corporate culinary operations for Privé® Private Clubs of Distinction and daily fee facilities in their respective regions. Jolliff’s additional responsibilities include Troon Golf facilities throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Colorado. Brunett will oversee operations in Minnesota, Indiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Massachusetts, Delaware, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
From his base at Anthem Golf & Country Club, Phoenix, AZ, John Bartilomo will serve as Western Privé Regional Food and Beverage Director for private club operations in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, and Washington.
Joe Wilson of Troon North Golf Club was named Regional Food and Beverage Director for daily fee facilities that include Legend Trail, Prescott Lakes, Ocotillo, and Estrella Mountain Ranch in Arizona; Eagle Glen, Shadow Lakes, and Whitney Oaks Golf Clubs in California; Vista Ridge and The Ridge at Castle Pines North in Colorado; and Giants Ridge in Minnesota.
Additionally, Mark Eversman of Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass, Phoenix, AZ, was named Regional Food and Beverage Director and will assist corporate operations for daily fee facilities that include Corte Bella Golf Club, Talking Stick Golf Club, and Kierland Golf Club in Arizona; The Revere Golf Club, Sierra Nevada Golf Ranch and D’Andrea Golf Club in Nevada; Elkhorn Golf Club in Idaho; Old Works in Montana; and Rose Creek in Oklahoma.
