Ocean Edge #2 In Top Resorts In New England

October 18, 2016 – Condé Nast Traveler today announced the results of its 29th annual Readers’ Choice Awards with The Mansion at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club recognized as the #2 Top Resort in New England, with a score of 95.67 and The Villages at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club awarded as the #11 Top Resort in New England, with a score of 93.65.

Over 300,000 dedicated readers – nearly twice as many as last year – cast votes for 7,394 hotels, 606 cities, 500 cruise ships, and 236 islands, in an average survey time of 8.4 minutes. The result? The 1,402 best travel experiences in the world. The expansive Ocean Edge is comprised of The Mansion and The Villages: The AAA Four Diamond Mansion completed a $10-million luxury renovation to its 90 guest rooms and 31 Presidential Bay Collection villas in 2013 and includes access to a 700-foot private beach club and new Beach Bar which opened this past summer. The Villages include townhomes adjacent to the private Ocean Edge golf course, with easy access to recreational activities like the new Blueberry Pond, for kayaking and standup paddle boarding.
