Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: I see myself climbing the ranks within Pearl Country Club, aiming to excel in the world of food and beverage services. I’m excited about the potential to grow and make a meaningful impact in this industry.
Q: How did you first get involved in the food and beverage industry and what do you love most about it?
A: My journey in the food and beverage industry began seven years ago when my aunty helped me secure my first job as a dishwasher. Today, I proudly serve as a banquet captain at Pearl Country Club. What I cherish most about the job is the chance to contribute to wedding events, sharing the Aloha spirit and making moments unforgettable.
Q: What are one or two things about your heritage that you’d like to share with us?
A: My Puerto Rican heritage brings two amazing things to the table: the flavors of various dishes and the irresistible beats of reggaeton music. It’s all about the food and music that make our culture come alive!
Q: Who would you invite to your dream dinner out (dead or alive)?
A: Kobe Bryant
Q: What is something that you’d like to share that not too many people know about you?
A: I am Puerto Rican, Hawaiian, Filipino, Chinese, Indian, and Portuguese
