What do you want most out of training?
A question trainers should ask their clients before the physical training even begins. Almost every single time the response is always, “I want to lose fat in X area”. This would be amazing if it was possible, as well as, I believe there would be no need for trainers if everyone only had to train one specific part of their body.
First off, its not possible to lose fat in only one spot of your body. “Steven, I want to lose this section on my thighs.” I got it, trust me I understand that’s what you want to do, but you’re not only going to see changes in that one spot. When we train our bodies, you’re going to see changes throughout it due to shedding fat throughout your entire body.
Also, be patient with the changes. We all see our dream body online or in person, but we need to realize that didn’t happen over night. Years and years of training and preparation got them to where they are today. So, staying on the right path, being consistent and patient with the changes is the biggest thing on this journey. Never get discouraged because things are happening you’re not aware of. Just Stick With It!
