Team Troon on Tour: Thomas with a Top 20 at the US Open. Montgomerie preps for the Bridgestone Senior Players

Another exciting Major week is in the books…this one being the US Open, captured by Jon Rahm in dramatic fashion at the cliff side Torrey Pines outside of San Diego. Low Team Troon member for the week was World #3 Justin Thomas. Justin would finish within the Top 20 at +2 (T19). Also playing into the weekend was Gary Woodland and Matt Fitzpatrick who would finish T50 and T55 respectively. Congrats to the Callaway staffer in Jon Rahm on your first major victory (also the first Spaniard to win a US Open) and congrats to Justin, Gary and Matt on a solid (but grueling) week.

Coming Up Next Week

While the Team Troon members on the PGA TOUR will be taking a week off for The Travelers, Colin Montgomerie and his all Troon bag will be in the field for the PGA Champions Tour, Bridgestone Senior Players at Firestone this week. Go low this week Colin!

Also Cheyenne Woods will be paying a visit to the Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake of Ozarks this  weekend during one of her off weeks. Stay tuned into @Troon social channels for coverage of her visit to “the lake” region and this destination that features three Troon managed courses (The Ridge, The Cove and the private Troon Privé locale in the Club at Porto Cima) and the 300+ room Lodge of Four Seasons Resort (that is also managed by Troon).
